About Madeline
Madeline Benn is an associate in Boughton Law's Business Law Practice Group, practising corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients across a range of industries on the structuring, acquisition, sale and ongoing operations of their businesses, including share, asset and hybrid transactions, due diligence, negotiation and completion, and drafts shareholders' agreements, master services agreements and distribution agreements. She is a volunteer board member and 2nd Vice President of Tennis BC, and was previously an NCAA tennis player and two-time ITA All-American.
