About Toni

Toni Perrault is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in general litigation with an emphasis on insurance law and professional regulation. Her insurance practice covers defending personal injury and professional liability claims, issuing coverage opinions, and pursuing subrogated claims, and she also represents professionals facing misconduct allegations and assists regulators with investigations and procedures. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled in 2017. Toni earned a Bachelor of Arts with great distinction in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017 and a Juris Doctor with distinction the same year, was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2018, and received the Nasser Scholarship and W.B. Francis Prize during law school.
