About Tomislav
Tomislav Miloš is a litigation lawyer at Milosevic & Associates who is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. He received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. in English and Cultural Studies from McMaster University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. During law school he served as editor-in-chief of Obiter Dicta and worked as a senior editor on the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Before joining the firm, he worked as a summer student at Wealthsimple and articled at a commercial litigation firm, assisting on a fraud trial. He is a member of the Young Advocates Standing Committee of The Advocates' Society and belongs to the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
