About Albert

Albert Pelletier is CEO of Berger Montague's Toronto-based Canadian office, where he focuses on securities class actions on behalf of harmed investors. He previously prosecuted insider trading and market manipulation cases for the Ontario Securities Commission, and since 2018 has helped recover more than $100 million for Canadian investors. He is admitted to practise in Ontario and Massachusetts.
