About Tom

Tom Spettigue practices criminal defence at BM Law, practicing through Tom Spettigue Law. He earned his J.D. from the University of British Columbia, where he was a member of the Criminal Law Club and volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program assisting low-income Vancouver residents. He holds a B.Sc. in Policy Analysis from Cornell University and studied for a semester at St. Petersburg State University in Russia. Before law school, he served three years with the 2nd Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry in Shilo, Manitoba.
