About Bobby

Bobby Movassaghi is the principal lawyer and founder of BM Law Corporation, practicing criminal defence and family law. Born and raised in Vancouver, he earned a business degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, then completed a law degree in Southern California and a Master of Laws in criminal law and trial advocacy from UBC. He began his career at a large criminal defence and family law firm in BC, where he worked for more than seven years, before establishing his own practice. Movassaghi appears regularly before all levels of court in British Columbia, including Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. He now leads a team of associates, students, and paralegals at BM Law.
