About Megan

Megan Foster is an associate at BM Law focusing on criminal defence for both adult and youth matters. She earned her J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, where she was active in the Community Legal Clinic, and a B.A. in Psychology and Dialogue in Communication with a Certificate in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. She completed her articles with the firm and has appeared before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court in British Columbia. As a first-generation lawyer, she is focused on making the legal process accessible and explaining legal concepts in plain language.
