About Todd
Todd Davies is a Partner in the firm's Insurance Practice Group, focusing on insurance litigation and regularly providing coverage opinions and handling subrogated matters on behalf of insurers. His work spans insurance coverage, occupiers' liability, product liability, sports and recreation claims, and professional indemnity matters, along with complex personal injury files, for clients that include North American insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, and several self-insured companies. He sits on the Senior Leadership Team of Legalign Global, a worldwide alliance of leading regional firms serving multinational insurers, brokers, and businesses with cross-border risk and claims issues. He has also been active with the ARC Group Canada, an association of independent firms across the country concentrating on insurance and risk management, where he previously held the president's role and continues to serve on its executive. Todd belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association's Insurance Law Section, where he once served as chair, and he is a past president of the Vancouver Bar Association as well as a member of Canadian Defence Lawyers.
