About Etienne

Etienne Orr-Ewing is the founder and owner of Orr-Ewing Law Group, a Vancouver personal injury firm. He was called to the bar in 2010 and completed his law degree at the University of New Brunswick after finishing a Master's degree in Applied Health Services Research in the Faculty of Medicine. He began his career defending catastrophic personal injury claims before moving to plaintiff-side representation, and has appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia as well as in mediations. Orr-Ewing served as Chair of the New Lawyers Committee of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) and was later elected to its Executive, which has over 1,400 members. Born in Vancouver, he is bilingual and has lived in seven countries, and currently serves as acting Vice President of Night Hoops, a charity providing basketball and life-skills programming for at-risk youth.
