About Wanda
Wanda Simek is counsel at Allen/McMillan Litigation Counsel, with more than fifteen years of insurance defence experience representing architects, engineers, directors, officers, realtors, developers, and construction contractors. Her practice covers shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, real estate and construction litigation, breach of commercial contracts, and insurance defence, and she has completed the BC Insurance Council's General Insurance course. She previously practised at boutique construction and commercial litigation firms and at the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation, and volunteers with the Women Lawyers Forum and Access Pro Bono.
