Thomas H. Yeo is a partner at Torys with a broad corporate practice spanning governance, procurement, securities law, and M&A. He has represented both acquirers and targets in public and private company deals, including several cross-border transactions, and has acted for issuers and investment banks in domestic and international public offerings. He also advises federal and provincial Crown corporations on governance, commercial, and procurement matters, and leads the firm's Procurement group. Thomas has served on the Ontario Securities Commission's Securities Advisory Committee and co-chaired a Canadian Institute conference on Crown corporate governance between 2021 and 2023. He currently sits on the board of the Golf Association of Ontario, chairing its Governance Committee.
