Tobi Oluyemi earned his law degree with Honours from Madonna University in Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. He later completed a postgraduate certificate in International Corporate and Commercial Law at King's College London, along with certificates in Financial Markets from Yale University and Corporate Finance Essentials from IESE Business School. He has since been called to the Alberta Bar and practises in criminal law, real estate, and civil litigation at EO Law. He has assisted with pro bono initiatives supporting vulnerable populations in collaboration with non-profit organizations.
