About Peter

Peter Leveque maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes, including construction and property disputes, leasing claims, employment disputes, intellectual property litigation, and property development matters, and has been listed as counsel in more than 70 reported decisions. He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before the Securities Commission, IIROC, and the Law Society of Alberta, and has participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations. Leveque earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1988.
