Kimberly Kok practices in family law and civil litigation, combining analytical skills with a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach, and has mediation training through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta. In family law, she assists with parenting and mobility matters, child and spousal support, and property division, including high-conflict situations and detailed evidentiary records. Her civil litigation practice covers contract disputes, debt claims, construction-related matters and general commercial litigation, and she regularly appears before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta.
