About Tina
Tina Hill joined the firm, then Greenspon, Brown & Associates, in 2016 and practises civil litigation exclusively. Her current work centres on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, Charter of Rights cases, negligent investigation, malicious prosecution, false arrest and excessive force claims. She also has extensive experience in insurance and construction law disputes, along with commercial, employment and human rights matters. Tina began practising law in 2002 after earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University, and spent nearly a decade in civil litigation at a national law firm before running her own mediation and arbitration practice. She is a certified mediator and negotiator who sits on the Ontario, Better Business Bureau and Pro Bono Law Ontario rosters of mediators. She is active in the Ottawa community, including chairing the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa and the Distress Centre of Ottawa and Region.
