About Jadden

Jadden Howell joined the firm in 2023 after articling at a litigation firm practising family law and civil litigation. She was called to the bar of Ontario in June 2023, having earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa's English Common Law Program in 2022 and an Honours BA in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies from the University of Toronto in 2018. During law school she interned with the Ticket Defence Program, assisting low-income individuals in the Ottawa community, and worked with the Just Governance Group on democratic governance and human rights research. Jadden practises exclusively in civil litigation, appearing in the Superior Court of Justice and assisting on motor vehicle accident claims, personal injury, medical malpractice, negligent investigation and malicious prosecution matters.
