About Timothy

Tim has practised family law in Thunder Bay for more than 10 years and joined Henderson Family Law in 2016. Timothy handles a broad range of family matters across Northwestern Ontario, from negotiated agreements through contested court proceedings and trial, and represents children directly in certain cases through the Office of the Children's Lawyer. Timothy also regularly prepares wills and powers of attorney for clients. Tim earned their JD from Queen's University in 2008 and holds a Certificate in Aboriginal Canadian Relations from Confederation College (2019), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2009. Timothy volunteers on the board of directors of the Thunder Bay Law Association and with Eco Superior, where Timothy serves as Treasurer.
