About Hunter
Hunter MacKenzie was called to the Ontario bar in 2025 and practises family law. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, he holds an Honours B.A. in political science, with a minor in philosophy, from Lakehead University, and a J.D. from its Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. He completed his practice placement at Atwood Labine LLP while in law school. Hunter co-presides over the Thunder Bay Free Store, a nonprofit that provides essential goods directly to community members in need.
