About Timothy
Tim is the owner and lead partner of Henderson Family Law, and has practised family law in Thunder Bay for more than 20 years. Timothy's a trained Collaborative Family Law practitioner and often uses mediation and other alternative dispute resolution techniques to help clients reach fair, financially sustainable resolutions without a costly court case. Timothy was called to the Ontario bar in 1997 and holds a BA from Carleton University (1991) and an LLB from the University of Manitoba (1995). Tim volunteers as an Auxiliary Sergeant with the Ontario Provincial Police and sits on the Advisory Board of Directors for the Salvation Army.
