About Tim
Tim practises exclusively in criminal law, defending individuals charged with Criminal Code, drug, and regulatory offences, with particular experience in SOIRA order termination applications and an interest in firearms offences. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. During law school he was active in Student Legal Services' Legal Education and Reform Project, facilitating access to justice at Edmonton shelters, and in his final year completed a practicum with Legal Aid Alberta through the Low Income Individuals and the Law program. He is a member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers' Association and serves as a primary reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces.
