About Tim
Tim Tam is a lawyer at Segev LLP whose practice covers business law, gaming and gambling, securities and mergers and acquisitions, technology and intellectual property, blockchain and cryptocurrency, and sports law. He advises companies at various stages of growth on corporate structuring, commercial agreements, financing, and regulatory compliance, with particular interest in highly regulated sectors such as gaming, digital assets, and fintech. Before being called to the bar, he articled at Segev LLP, gaining experience across the firm's business law, securities, gaming, and technology practice groups. Tim earned his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2026. He also contributes to the firm's publications on gaming law and emerging technology issues.
