About Daleep

Daleep Aujlay is a partner practising business, estate, real estate, and gaming law, representing individuals, private companies, and trust companies. He advises start-ups and established businesses on corporate structuring and restructuring, financing, share and asset purchases and sales, and shareholder and commercial matters. His estate practice covers estate administration and planning, advising executors and trustees, drafting wills and trusts, and preparing powers of attorney and health care directives. Daleep also handles the conveyancing of residential and commercial real estate for business and estate clients. Before practising law, he was an entrepreneur who helped grow a family business. He is a Tennis Canada certified instructor and curls with the Marpole Curling Club.
