About Thomas

Thomas Nguyen earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2025, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Alberta. Before law school he worked for Alberta Health Services and with the Edmonton Fringe Theatre Festival in the non-profit sector. At the University of Calgary, he served on the Society of Law Students as First Year Representative, Vice President Clubs, and President, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Elementary School Mock Trial program and Student Legal Assistance. He was part of the winning team at the 2024 Bennett Jones Health Law Moot.
