About Stephanie

Stephanie Garraway is a partner in the Construction & Infrastructure Groups advising on infrastructure development and construction projects, from front-end documentation to contract negotiations across various project delivery modes. She has extensive experience with owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on stipulated price, cost-plus, design-build, and integrated project delivery contracts, as well as EPC and EPCM arrangements. She advises on design, procurement, scheduling, and disputes through settlement, litigation, or alternative dispute resolution.
