About Phil

Phil Ugnat is a corporate lawyer who represents buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border transactions, advises private equity and venture capital clients, and provides commercial financing and governance counsel. He also advises on residential real estate transactions. He was called to the Ontario Bar after earning his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and practices in both English and French.
