About Cait
Cait Quartarone is a corporate/commercial and commercial real estate lawyer whose work centers on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing for businesses and commercial properties. She also advises on business formation and structure, prepares and negotiates commercial contracts, and handles a variety of general corporate and commercial matters. She obtained her law degree at the University of Ottawa, where she was named to the Dean's Honour List, and completed her undergraduate studies at York University, graduating with Highest Distinction. While attending law school, she participated in Pro Bono Students Canada and, on faculty appointment, took on the roles of Legal Writing Leader and Legal Researcher.
