About Thomas

Thomas Marko works in the Corporate and Real Estate group, helping emerging and mid-market companies with mergers and acquisitions, financing, commercial contracts, and technology deals. He has particular experience with SaaS agreements and software licensing, and he advises clients in the technology, professional services, and real estate sectors on matters ranging from board governance to shareholder agreements and business formation. He also represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate deals. Thomas earned his law degree from the University of Windsor in 2021 and, before that, a Bachelor of Arts with honours from the University of Guelph. While in law school he volunteered with Community Legal Aid and served as a peer mentor. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2022.
