About Cody

Cody J. Wagner has advocated for the rights of the injured and vulnerable for over a decade through civil litigation and negotiation. In his personal injury practice he has represented hundreds of injured people, including clients with brain injuries, chronic pain syndrome, fractures, and psychological injuries, appearing before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Civil Resolution Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal. He was called to the bar in BC in 2012 and has been moderately fluent in Spanish and French through his travels and studies.
