About Jessica
Jessica Eastwood is an associate in Stewart McDannold Stuart's solicitors group, having started with the firm as an articled student in 2018. She advises on complex real estate transactions and developments for local governments, including leases, statutory rights of way, easements, section 219 covenants, mortgages, and road closures, and drafts opinion letters on land title, tax sale and tendering issues. Eastwood also has litigation experience for local government clients. She earned her JD from the University of Victoria in 2018, where she also acted as a student legal advisor at the university's Law Centre, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019.
