About Katherine

Katherine (Kat) Reilly is Associate Counsel at Stewart McDannold Stuart. She spent the first fifteen years of her career as a litigator with a national business law firm in Vancouver, handling complex corporate-commercial disputes including contract, tort and construction matters, before serving as senior counsel with the BC Ministry of Attorney General. There she represented the Province in high-profile litigation, including numerous injunction-related matters involving homeless encampments and public health orders. Reilly earned her law degree from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2006 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2007.
