About Terrence

Terrence H. Hill earned his Bachelor of Science from Brock University in 1978 and his Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 1981. He began his career at Harris, Barr, the predecessor firm to Daniel & Partners LLP, where he now serves as the firm's senior active partner. His practice centers on trial work in personal injury and insurance law, though he also has considerable experience in administrative, municipal, and estate litigation. He has appeared as counsel across Ontario's court system, from the General Division through the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, and has also argued before the Supreme Court of Canada. Outside the office, he is active in his church and serves as a committee member at the local hospital.
