Wills, Estates & TrustsBrandon M. Boone has practised law in the Niagara Region since 1992 and became a partner at Daniel & Partners LLP in 2001. His legal education began with a Bachelor of Arts from York University's Glendon College bilingual program in 1990, followed by a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and a call to the bar in 1995. He concentrates his practice on real estate, business, and wills and estates law, acting as counsel to small businesses, not-for-profit and charitable corporations, and individuals throughout the province. Boone has also taught the Corporate Law for Law Clerks course at Niagara College and writes and lectures frequently on his practice areas. Beyond the law, he holds board roles with the Ontario Hockey Association and the Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Association, and serves as co-owner and general manager of the Niagara Falls Canucks Junior A hockey team.
