About Gary

Gary Enskat, originally from St. Catharines, joined the firm when he was called to the bar in 1983. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Brock University and graduated from Queen's University Law School in 1981. Gary practices primarily in civil litigation, including personal injury, corporate and estate matters, and has appeared before various tribunals, boards and courts, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has worked as a prosecutor for the City of Niagara Falls and has testified as an expert witness on Ontario law in United States courts, providing legal opinions to American attorneys. Gary is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Advocates' Society, speaks German fluently, and has lectured to community groups and appeared on radio and television. He currently sits on the board of directors for Heidehof Care for the Aged and previously served on the board of Mainstream, an organization supporting people with developmental disabilities.
