About Gillian
Gillian Belford returned to Daniel & Partners LLP as an associate lawyer in 2025, after completing her articles there and being called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario in June of that year. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023, partway through her law studies at the University of Western Ontario, where she completed her Juris Doctor in 2024 and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on employment law matters. Before law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration at Brock University in 2021, graduating with first-class standing. Outside the office, she bakes sourdough bread, reads, travels, and hikes throughout Niagara with her dog, Boris.
