Administrative & Regulatory LawCivil and commercial litigation form the core of Donald C. DeLorenzo's practice, alongside employment, municipal, administrative, and commercial transaction work. He has appeared at trial and on appeal before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as before tribunals such as the Normal Farm Practices Protection Board, and acts for both employers and employees in employment matters and for both purchasers and vendors in business transactions. A 1977 graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Ontario in 1984 and was called to the bar in 1986; he later co-chaired a shareholder's rights program presented by the Law Society of Upper Canada. A longtime Niagara Region resident, DeLorenzo has served as a director of the St. Catharines Club, the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation, and the Niagara Falls Humane Society.
