About Tegan

Tegan advances the rights of Indigenous peoples in Canada through a practice grounded in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and environmental advocacy. Her work includes corporate transactions and agreements, environmental and social governance, and resource sector regulatory compliance and permitting. During law school she volunteered with Pro Bono Dalhousie, East Coast Environmental Law, and the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic in Halifax. She earned her J.D. from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2022 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
