About Alan
Alan is a member of Bridgehouse Law's Litigation, Estate Planning, Business Transactions, Secured Lending, Real Estate Transactions, Immigration, and Corporate practice groups, handling commercial and civil litigation matters including contract and business disputes, negligence and product liability claims, and real estate and tenancy disputes, along with estate planning and immigration advice. He has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and administrative tribunals including the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Residential Tenancy Branch, and the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. Alan is fluent in Vietnamese and is active in the local Vietnamese community.
