Murtaza "Taz" Yailaqi is an Associate in R&D LLP's Litigation Group, focusing on commercial and civil litigation. Before joining R&D LLP, he practised at a boutique civil litigation firm, gaining experience in civil, construction, and employment matters, including construction lien disputes and motions to set aside default judgments. He obtained his LL.B with Honours from the University of Hertfordshire. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the York Region Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association.
