About Irina

Irina Rocheva is a business lawyer at R&D LLP specializing in corporate and securities law, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. She advises issuers on financings spanning seed capital through public and private securities offerings, and represents buyers, sellers, and targets in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including reverse takeovers and corporate reorganizations.
