About Taylor
Taylor Henschel is counsel practising litigation and solicitor's work. His litigation practice has taken him before all levels of court in Alberta on oil and gas, builders' liens, construction and commercial agreement disputes, along with regulatory and administrative matters such as surface lease disputes, employment and human rights issues. On the solicitor's side, he drafts commercial and employment agreements aimed at preventing disputes before they arise. Taylor, a born and raised Calgarian, worked in oil and gas and banking before entering private practice. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2017 and holds a law degree from the University of Alberta and undergraduate studies from the University of Victoria and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
