Tatjana Obradovic is a partner at Mogan Daniels Slager LLP practicing mergers and acquisitions and business law. She represents private companies, private equity funds, family offices, investors, entrepreneurs, and start-ups on transactions including company purchases and sales, equity and debt financings, corporate restructurings, compensation plans, commercial contracts, and governance matters. Her transactional experience spans healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, transportation, and technology, and has included the sale of CMLS Financial Ltd. to nesto Inc. and multiple private equity financings and business sales. Before joining MDS, she worked at a major national law firm and in an in-house legal role, giving her insight into client-side legal service delivery. She earned her J.D. from the University of Calgary in 2009 and her B.B.A. from Simon Fraser University in 2006, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2010.
