About Taryn

Taryn is a partner in the Family Law Group who provides general family law services and practises as an experienced Collaborative Family Law practitioner, guiding clients through separation and divorce, division of property and debt, family support, and parenting issues. She has extensive experience with high net worth and financially complex family files, working closely with accountants, business valuators, and tax specialists, and drafts cohabitation, prenuptial and marriage agreements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. She has co-edited the J.P. Boyd on Family Law Wikibook and the CLE Family Law Agreements Manual, and is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and a former executive member of the Kelowna Bar Association.
