About Greg

Greg has been a partner at Thomas Butler LLP since 1994, with a practice concentrated on ICBC and auto injury claims and the financial side of family law disputes. He has resolved claims ranging from complex head injuries to whiplash and chronic pain, and drafts complex financial agreements for separating couples, including family company and trust valuations. Over 28 years of practice he has conducted nearly 100 court trials, including jury trials, appearing as lead counsel before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Tax Court and Federal Court in British Columbia. He practises throughout the province.
