About Cheyenne
Cheyenne Parsons is a litigator focused on corporate, commercial, and securities disputes, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving shareholder disputes, class actions, breach of contract, fraud, defamation, and professional liability. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as trial courts in British Columbia, Alberta, and Yukon, and regularly represents clients facing investigation and enforcement proceedings before the Capital Markets Tribunal, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Before joining CMB, she worked at another boutique securities litigation firm and served as an in-house prosecutor for an Ontario regulator, handling enforcement matters from intake through trial. Cheyenne earned her B.A. (Hons) in Law and Human Rights from Carleton University in 2014 and her J.D. from Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law in 2018, and was called to the bar in 2019.
