Micheal McDougall is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, practising corporate and commercial law within the firm's land and resources group, with a focus on business and commercial law, property law, oil and gas, potash, energy and natural resources, and environmental law. He advises clients on sales and acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, leasing, permitting, and regulatory and environmental compliance, and previously served as general counsel to the Saskatchewan Water Corporation and Saskatchewan Watershed Authority. McDougall is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Natural Resources Law and has lectured on water regulation and environmental law issues.
