About Allison

Allison Sproule is an Associate at Kanuka Thuringer LLP, working from Regina and remotely, practising primarily in civil litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency. She has represented individuals, corporations, and First Nations in civil matters with a particular focus on business disputes and Indigenous issues, including large-scale class actions and landmark Indigenous rights and title cases, and has appeared in arbitrations, before administrative tribunals, in the British Columbia Supreme Court, and in the Federal Court. Born and raised in Regina, Sproule previously practised law in British Columbia and clerked for the British Columbia Supreme Court, and has prior professional experience in the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary (2012) and a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2020), and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2022 and the Saskatchewan Bar in 2023.
