About Emily

Emily J. M. Claude is an Associate in Kanuka Thuringer LLP's Regina office. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2025, having participated in the Jessup International Law moot and the Bastarache Language Rights moot, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Consent Project for three years. Through the University of Ottawa she received a certificate in Common Law in French. Before law school, Claude completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with Great Distinction at the Hill School of Business, University of Regina (2022). Her areas of interest include civil litigation, labour and employment, contract law, and estate law, and she was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2026.
