About Suzanne
Suzanne Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of British Columbia and completed her law degree at the University of Victoria through its co-operative education program, and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2013. Her practice focuses on wills, estates, and trusts litigation, including contested estate accounts, powers of attorney disputes, committeeships (adult guardianship orders), and elder law matters, and she also advises on probate and incapacity planning. Suzanne is a contributing author to the CLE Society of BC's 'BC Probate & Estate Administration Practice Manual' and 'Estate Disputes in British Columbia: A Litigator's Guide,' and she serves on the boards of the Comox Valley Family Services Association and the Sid Williams Theatre Society.
