About Sukhmani
Sukhmani Dhaliwal is a personal injury lawyer at Wishart Brain and Spine Law LLP in Vancouver. She earned an undergraduate degree in political science and legal studies from Simon Fraser University and worked as an Employment Standards Officer with the Ministry of Labour before attending law school. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales in Australia and worked at a legal aid clinic in Sydney before returning to Vancouver in 2014 to practice personal injury law. She later earned a Master of Law in Energy and Infrastructure from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021. Sukhmani has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, volunteers with Access Pro Bono, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Group.
