About Marc

Marc Kazimirski is the founding partner of KazLaw, with a practice devoted to representing injured individuals in cases involving chronic pain, orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries, and psychological injuries. He is a past president of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law, and was appointed King's Counsel in December 2023. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of Yukon, the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Outside law, he was a member of the Canadian National Cycling Team and coached the provincial ski team.
